Not The Daddy

The other day Braiden was being a little stinker about something, so I asked him if he wanted Mommy to give him a spankin.
He replies with, "sure Momma you can spank me."
I had to laugh, but I also had to think quick on how to get the little stinker, so I told him maybe I should have Daddy spank him.
He quickly says, "No, that's ok me just playin, me don't want a spankin."
That is my silly boy, I am glad they are so scared of me :)



Just for those that this post may worry, we are not parents that are big on spanking.
I do not beat my children, I do however threaten without follow through : ) It is true.
Maybe that is why they are not scared of me!!!!!
I am also not a Mom that yells, you better wait for your Daddy to get home, I just knew saying that would get him!!

Jammie Day

Today is the 1st day of Alexee's Spring Break & she is soooo excited.
She has 10 days off & that is all the little girl has talked about.
So, today the 2 big munchkins slept till 8am & the baby munchkin slept till 9am!!
I know WooHoo for vacations right???
Normally I have to wake Alexee up @ 7am, Braiden at 7:15, he likes to drink some milk & watch toons in my bed before we can leave the house, then Carter usually wakes around 7:30 or I have to wake him because we have to be out the door at 7:40. So I am thoroughly enjoying my, I mean her Vacation!!!!
After we woke I told Alexee I needed to shower before Carter woke up & she says, "But Mom we are on vacation, that means we need to stay in our Jammies all day & be bums."
I had to make a deal that I could shower, but I had to put Jammies back on!!!!

So, as far as a real vacation, Alexee has been talking to the boys about her friend Shamu, we went for her 3rd B-Day so Braiden was just 9 months, she tells the boys all about him!!
We are going to surprise them with a California trip to the beach, Legoloand & to meet this famous Shamu!!!
I am so excited!!!! They are going to be so excited!!!!
Well, I am going to go plan our trip now!!

Poor Little Sick Bug

My poor baby got the stinkin measles from the MMR shot. Right, the measles shot gave the poor little guy the measles. You must be joking me????
So, his Dr. tells me a rash, or some bumps are completely normal for up to a month after the shot. We started with a few bumps, and as the days went by my poor Bug was COVERED in bumps. He did not sleep ALL weekend so 1st thing Monday morning I called his Doc & they said "Um, can you bring him right in."
Yep........confirmed the Measles shot gave him the measles.

Sweet One

Alexee has been so so very anxious to meet Kristie's sweet baby Cole!!!
She finally got to meet him, & it was love at 1st sight!!
She is TOTALLY on board with her Daddy on No More Babies, that was until we placed him in her arms, she looked up & said, "He is so sweet, I want another one."
Now we just have to convince her Daddy!!!
