Little Swimmers

Now that we have a pool my two children have turned into little fish!! They LOVE to swim! Alexee started out the summer swimming pretty good, now she is all over our pool! She can dive all the way down into the deep end & get stuff off the bottom! She loves to wear her goggles & snorkel & likes to "Scuba Dive like Daddy"! She jumps off the rocks, goes down the slide, a little fearless maniac she is! She is our little fish!!

Braiden we try to put floaties on, but lately he is refusing them, he really wants to be able to swim like his "Sissy" and he's getting pretty good. He gives Mommy heart attacks because he too jumps off the rocks, diving board & goes down the slide! He doesn't want anyone to hold him, he doesn't quite realize he can't swim, but he sure tries! Our jacuzzi makes a whistling noise when we turn it on & that little boy hears it & comes screaming POOL POOL! It is so cute, he loves to swim @ night with the light on. By next summer he will probably be all over the pool like Sissy!

Safety Kid

We bought Alexee a "Dora Scooter" for her 4th birthday, with helmet, elbow pads & knee pads, the whole deal!! Well, after weeks of them fighting over all of it ( and Brad getting angry about Braiden in pink helmet gear :) ) we decided it was time for Braiden to have his own gear! So off to Walmart we go & he got a Red Scooter, with his very own Cars safety gear! Spoiled Kids!! Braiden does love Cars, he calls them ERRRS! It was so cute at 1st, everytime he wanted to ride his scooter he had to get in full safety gear!! He would ride around & around the house in his cute little Cars gear! Unfortunately, as cute as it was, Mommy got tired of putting it on & off 50 times a day, so we had to hide the cars gear for awhile!! He has it back now, but the addiction is over, now we're down to a couple times a day! Here is our little Safety Kid, all ready to go !!
Alexee isn't quite as into the gear as Braiden, she LOVES her scooter, but she doesn't have to have the entire gear get up EVERYTIME!! Here they are riding their scooters around the house!!

So there you have it, Safety Kid & his sidekick Sissy Alexee, whom he is ADDICTED TO!!

The Start

Well, I decided it was time to enter the world of blogging! We have a ton of family that live out of state so not only is this a good way for them to keep track of the kids, it is also a great way for me to keep track! I can't believe how fast they grow, I feel like I have already forgot so much! Everyday they do something I always want to remember, so hopefully this will help me always remember every sweet moment! Like this one took of them this morning snuggling!




Well, here we go! Brad & I were married on 6/8/02, our 1st little one is Alexee who just turned 4, the next little sweet, Braiden will be 2 in October & then there is Baby Carter who is also due in October, things are a little crazy around here! I am lucky enough to stay at home with them, my husband is wonderful :) He works so hard so that I don't have to leave the kids! I love being able to stay at home with them! They are the sweetest, funnest, busiest little ones! They like to help us do everything, especially clean the brownie mixers :)


I have a million things I could write, but I'll post plenty later :)
